FYAA requires a copy of each player's birth certificate be kept on file at the FYAA office. If your child has not registered with FYAA before, please bring a copy to the office prior to the first practice.
An equipment deposit of $100 will be required when you pick up your equipment, and will be returned when equipment is turned in no later than ten days past the designated return date. Football players will receive many different pieces of equipment from FYAA including practice pants, game pants, pant pads, shoulder pads, helmet and a game jersey. All of this equipment is only loaned and MUST BE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE SEASON during designated drop off times. If you do not turn in your equipment, you will be charged the cost to replace it and your check that we have been holding will be deposited. Please do not turn equipment into the FYAA office. It MUST be turned in to the designated individuals at the designated time set up by the Football Coordinators.
