FYAA requires a copy of each participant's birth certificate be kept on file at the FYAA office. If your child has not registered with FYAA before, please bring a copy to the office prior to the first practice.
An equipment deposit of $100 will be required when you pick up your uniform, and will be returned when the items are turned in no later than ten days past the designated return date. Cheerleaders will recieve a vest, skirt and pom-poms. All of this equipment is only loaned and MUST BE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE SEASON during designated drop off times. If you do not turn in your equipment, you will be charged the cost to replace it and your check that we have been holding will be deposited. Please do not turn equipment into the FYAA office. It MUST be turned in to the designated individuals at the designated time set up by the Football Coordinators.
